Festival of Contemporary Japanese Culture
For many years the International Chodiev Foundation has been the main sponsor to J-Fest – the Festival of Contemporary Japanese Culture in Moscow. The motto of the festival is “Japan for Everyone”.
J-Fest has become the biggest platform displaying contemporary trends of Japanese culture, and is a high-profile event for cultural exchange between Russia and Japan. Visitors to the festival can attend lectures, workshops, concerts and performances across subjects including art, high-tech, fashion, gaming, traditions, gastronomy, cinema, and animation.
More than two million people have attended the festival since the first J-Fest in 2009.
