International Chodiev Foundation Supports The Student Research Competition Held by The Association of Japanologists
Moscow, Russia – International Chodiev Foundation (ICF) is proud to support The Student Research Competition held by the Russian Association of Japanologists. The winners of the competition were announced at MGIMO, Moscow, on Wednesday, 17 November.
The competition encouraged undergraduate and graduate students and young researchers from all over the country to submit research papers in two main fields: ‘Modern Japan’ (foreign and domestic policy, economics, society, and culture) and ‘Traditional Japan’ (history, literature and culture). The jury, which includes esteemed Japanologists, acknowledged the high quality of the research works. The competition actively promotes and supports student research, enabling the students to become part of the specialist community in the field of Japanese studies.
The International Chodiev Foundation, one of the key objectives of which is to foster the potential of young people, is very pleased to support this initiative of the Russian Association of Japanologists. ICF Founder Dr Patokh Chodiev is an Honourary Chairman of the Association.
