Prestigious ICF Scholarships Awarded to Top MGIMO Students and Graduates

Moscow, Russia – Today, MGIMO University hosted a ceremony to award prestigious scholarships to its highest-achieving students and graduates.
The ceremony, opened by Rector Anatoly Torkunov, was a celebration of academic excellence and a testament to the university’s commitment to nurturing the brightest talents.
Mr. Torkunov stated: ‘These scholarships are a reflection of the dedication and hard work exhibited by our students, and they pay tribute to the rich academic heritage of our esteemed professors and scholars.’
MGIMO University has been witnessing a steady rise in the number of scholarship recipients each year. Over 750 students are being currently supported by more than 40 different scholarship programmes, including those offered by the International Chodiev Foundation (ICF).
Olga Monakhova, Director of the ICF’s Representative Office in Russia, highlighted the enduring partnership between the Foundation and MGIMO University, emphasizing the 20-year history of the ICF scholarship programme.
