The branch of MGIMO in Tashkent received equipment from the International Chodiev Foundation

The International Chodiev Foundation (ICF) financed the acquisition of the necessary educational equipment and technologies for MGIMO Tashkent.

ICF actively supports the students of the MGIMO Tashkent, continuing to realize the foundation’s mission to improve and transform the lives of young people in different countries.

In particular, on the eve of the International Students’ Day, ICF presented MGIMO Tashkent with the language laboratory, which implements the latest technologies in teaching foreign languages.

The new convenient educational space with wide functionality will allow students of the English, French, German, Uzbek and Russian languages to truly immerse themselves in the language environment and make the process of studying languages more exciting and effective.

Among previous ICF donations to the MGIMO Tashkent are transport and technical equipment.

In addition, the International Chodiev Foundation also provides nominal scholarships and grants that fully cover undergraduate studies at MGIMO-Tashkent. Scholarships and grants are awarded to students with excellent academic performance, winners of scientific projects and various international competitions. Grants are also awarded to young people with special needs and those left without parental care.

Dr Patokh Chodiev, Founder of ICF, commented: ‘Supporting young people and developing their intellectual potential are one of our most important priorities. We support young talented people through various educational, research, andcharitable projects. We want to give then an opportunity to realize their potential, for a better future for themselves and their country’.

Back in April 2021, ICF and the first and only foreign branch of MGIMO in Tashkent signed a Memorandum of Cooperation until 2025.
