ICF was awarded ‘The most active nonprofit organisation
The International Chodiev Foundation (ICF) was awarded ‘The most active nonprofit organisation’ during the ‘Faol Fuqarolar’ (‘Active Citizens’) festival, which took place in Tashkent today. The festival and award were established by the ‘Nationwide Movement Yuksalish’ this year.
A few organisations were awarded in ‘The most active nonprofit organisation’ nomination for their social support programmes and projects in Uzbekistan, contributing to the social stability in the regions of the country and the development of the nonprofit sector. ‘Faol Fuqarolar’ festival also highlighted the outstanding work of the volunteer movements and individuals who united in the collective effort to mitigate the negative consequences of the coronavirus pandemic.
We would like to express our gratitude to the ‘Nationwide Movement Yuksalish’ for launching this initiative and for the award, as well as everyone who helped ICF in its work of providing support to the population of Uzbekistan during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The video of the award ceremony is available on the ‘Yuksalish umummilliy harakati’ YouTube channel.
