Olga Monakhova, Director of ICF Representative Office in Russia, is awarded the MGIMO Medal ‘For Merit’

The award was presented by MGIMO rector, Anatoly Torkunov, at the meeting of MGIMO Academic Council on 27 June 2024.

Olga Monakhova has headed the Russian representative office of the International Chodiev Foundation for more than 25 years. She herself is a graduate of MGIMO’s Faculty of International Law, and, among other things, coordinates work to support her alma mater, its educational and scientific activities.

ICF’s representative office in Russia has been supporting and collaborating with MGIMO since 1996. The Foundation finances university’s numerous development programmes aimed at creating new opportunities for young people and developing modern educational formats. In addition, the Foundation continues to provide comprehensive support to MGIMO’s academic staff.
