Prestigious ICF Scholarships Awarded to Top MGIMO Students and Graduates

On 19 May, MGIMO University hosted a ceremony to award prestigious scholarships to its top-performing students and graduates.

The event was opened by Rector Anatoly Torkunov, who emphasised that these scholarships honour the legacy of the university’s distinguished professors and scholars.

The number of scholarship recipients at MGIMO continues to grow significantly each year. Currently, more than 750 students take part in over 40 different scholarship programmes, including those granted by the ICF.

Olga Monakhova, Director of the ICF’s Representative Office in Russia, highlighted the Foundation’s long-standing partnership with the university, noting that the ICF scholarship programme has been running for over 20 years.

‘It is gratifying to see the recipients of our awards achieve their goals year after year, and we are proud to be part of their success,’ Monakhova stated.
