
For the last 20 years, ICF’s programmes in Russia have been focused on providing access to education, supporting the vulnerable and developing cooperation between Russia and Japan. We have a long-standing relationship with MGIMO, Russia’s leading university, and a number of organizations that promote the development of Russo-Japanese relations. Our programmes in Russia include:
