Experts Gather at MGIMO to Redefine Russian School Education

Moscow, Russia – The International Chodiev Foundation (ICF) supported the first All-Russian conference ‘Education Initiative: School of the Future’, which took place at the MGIMO on 24-25 November.

The objective of the event was to address the issues concerning modern school education in Russia and to develop new approaches to the advancement of general education. Additionally, the conference aimed to foster stronger integration between school and higher education.

Addressing the conference participants, MGIMO Rector Anatoly Torkunov stated: “The fundamental concept of our event, its DNA if you will, is to shape the vision of the School of the Future through research-based discussions.” 

ICF has also contributed to the establishment of a special educational fund which will support new initiatives in the field of school education development.
